# TVLDays

> TVLDays is an entertainment travel platform for agencies that move touring artists, crews and productions. It puts the tour, every flight, every rooming list and every hotel quote in one place, and it is free for the hotels that host them. TVLDays, Inc. is based in Nashville, Tennessee. It opens on October 27, 2026.

- Product: one platform for entertainment travel (music tours, touring crews, productions): tour timelines, live flight tracking every two minutes with plain-English delay reasons (99.9% of flight legs linked to the right tour date automatically), rooming lists reconciled with the hotel, hotel directory, rate requests and side-by-side quotes, the Stagehand AI assistant, agency command center, pace, commission tracking, demand forecast, IC statements, partner programs and branded exports.
- For: travel agencies and independent agents booking entertainment travel; hotels that host tours (free); tour managers on the road.
- Pricing: $300 per agent seat per month, or $3,000 per seat per year. No tiers. Founding rate $240 per seat per month for the first year for agencies subscribing by November 16, 2026. Free for hotels, always.
- Hotels can optionally advertise to agents: dashboard, beside notifications and at the hotel step of a booking; at most three hotels per placement; MRC viewable impressions (50% for one second); rate requests within 14 days of a click are credited.
- Security: SOC 2 audited; SAML/OIDC SSO; MFA; role-based access; audit logs; TLS 1.3 in transit; AES-256 at rest. Customer data is not used to train AI models without opt-in consent.
