How much does TVLDays cost?
TVLDays costs $300 per agent seat per month, or $3,000 per seat per year (two months free). Every seat includes the whole platform. Hotels never pay. Agencies that subscribe by November 16, 2026 pay a founding rate of $240 per seat per month for their first year. See pricing.
Is TVLDays free for hotels?
Yes. TVLDays is free for every hotel user, always. Hotels can receive requests, send quotes, read riders and keep rooming lists in sync without paying for a seat. Advertising to agents is optional.
What is TVLDays?
TVLDays is an entertainment travel platform for agencies that move touring artists, crews and productions. It puts the tour, every flight, every rooming list and every hotel quote in one place, and it is free for the hotels that host them.
