The rider, read before check-in.

The hotel rider arrives as a secure page, no login needed: how the party arrives, who can change anything, and what must never happen. The property acknowledges it, and acknowledges again when a new version arrives.

  • Pre-keyed rooms and late arrival guaranteed
  • Privacy flags on the block
  • Billing routed exactly as written
  • Every version acknowledged

One booking, both sides.

Once confirmed, the booking holds the rider, the rooming list, documents and a cross-check of quoted, contracted and actual rates. When the folio comes back, any variance is flagged before it becomes a dispute.

  • Rooming list in sync until check-out
  • Rider, rooming and documents together
  • Quoted, contracted and actual rates compared
  • Variances flagged early

Why free · Two sides of one dealOnly one of them pays

Why the hotel side is free.

Every booking has two desks: the agent who needs forty rooms and the hotel that has them.

For years they have worked from different copies of the same information. TVLDays puts both desks on the same page, and that only works if hotels actually use it. So hotels never pay for a seat. Agencies pay, because the platform runs their business.

Properties that want more visibility can choose to advertise to agents. Answering a request, reading a rider or confirming a booking will always be free.

Questions · For hotelsAnswered plainly

Hotel questions.

Is TVLDays free for hotels?

Yes. TVLDays is free for every hotel user, always. Hotels can receive requests, send quotes, read riders and keep rooming lists in sync without paying for a seat. Advertising to agents is optional.

How do hotels receive requests on TVLDays?

Requests arrive in the hotel’s RFP inbox already parsed, with dates, room counts by night and the tour attached. The hotel answers with a quote in one place, and the quote goes straight back to the agent.

Does the hotel need a login to read the rider?

No. The hotel rider is sent as a secure page the property can open without logging in, and the hotel acknowledges it there. When the rider changes, the new version replaces the old one and the hotel is asked to acknowledge again.

How does advertising to agents work?

Hotels can place their property in front of agents at the moment they are choosing hotels for a city: on the agent’s dashboard, beside their notifications and at the hotel step of a new booking. At most three hotels share a placement. See advertise.

How are ad impressions and results measured?

TVLDays counts viewable impressions only, using the MRC standard: at least 50% of the ad on screen for at least one second. A rate request sent within 14 days of a click on the ad is credited to the ad.
