The deal, in plain language.

1. Who you’re agreeing with

These terms (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and TVLDays, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. They cover your use of tvldays.com and any related pre-launch features, including the waitlist signup at /demo.

By visiting the site or submitting the waitlist form, you accept these Terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the site — that’s the only way to opt out.

2. What we’re offering today

Right now, TVLDays is a marketing site and a waitlist for a future product. There is no functioning product yet. There are no accounts to log into, no SLAs, no uptime commitments, no support tier. Anything we say about future capabilities — on this site, in our emails, in talks — is forward-looking and may change before launch.

3. The waitlist

When you submit the waitlist form, you’re asking us to email you when the product opens to early-access users, plus occasional product updates between now and then. You can unsubscribe at any time, with one click, from the footer of any email we send.

Your obligations

• Give us accurate information — especially the email address. We can’t reach you at one you don’t check.
• Don’t add other people to the list without their permission.
• Don’t use the form to spam, scrape, or test our infrastructure.

Our obligations

• Email you when access opens, in roughly the order people joined — first 100 names get an early-access slot.
• Send only the kinds of updates described in our Privacy Policy — nothing else.
• Honor unsubscribes immediately.

4. Acceptable use

While using the site, please don’t:

• Try to break, probe, or reverse-engineer it.
• Submit false or misleading information through any form.
• Use it to harass, defame, or harm anyone, including us.
• Scrape or copy substantial parts of the site without permission.
• Attempt to access accounts, submissions, or data that aren’t yours.

We reserve the right to remove waitlist entries we believe are submitted in bad faith, and to ban repeat offenders from re-submitting. We won’t do this lightly.

5. Intellectual property

The TVLDays name, logo, brand assets, copy, design system, illustrations, photographs, and all original content on this site are owned by TVLDays, Inc. We retain all rights not explicitly granted to you here.

You may share links to public pages of the site, quote short excerpts in articles or social posts (please credit us), and discuss us anywhere you’d like to. You may not copy the design wholesale, replicate the brand identity for another product, or use our trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement we haven’t given.

If you send us feedback — ideas, feature requests, observations — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it without obligation. (We’d rather know what you think than not, and most companies use this language.)

6. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or rely on third-party services (today: Netlify for hosting and forms; Google Fonts for typography). We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Their terms govern your interaction with them.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, about its uptime, accuracy, completeness, fitness for any particular purpose, or the eventual capabilities of the future product. Forward-looking statements about TVLDays’ product roadmap are aspirations, not promises.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TVLDays, Inc. and its directors, officers, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist — including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or substitute services — even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability is limited to USD $100, which represents a fair allocation of risk for a free, pre-launch website.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TVLDays, Inc. harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of someone else’s rights through the site.

10. Termination

You can stop using the site and unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time. We can suspend or remove your access — including deleting your waitlist entry — if we believe you’ve materially breached these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute that survives informal resolution is the state and federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Before filing anything formal, please email us first — nine times out of ten that’s where things get worked out.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The “Effective” date at the top tracks the latest revision. Material changes (anything that meaningfully reshapes your rights or our obligations) will be announced in advance via email to anyone on the waitlist.
