What we keep, and how to take it back.
Plain-English version: we’re pre-launch, we collect what you give us when you join the waitlist, we don’t sell it, and we delete it the moment you ask.
1. Who we are
TVLDays, Inc. (“TVLDays”, “we”, “us”) is a Delaware corporation building software for entertainment travel. We’re based in Nashville, Tennessee, and we’re pre-launch — the only thing we run today is this marketing site and a waitlist.
This policy covers what happens when you visit tvldays.com, when you join our waitlist, and when you email us. We’ll publish a separate (or expanded) policy when the product itself launches.
2. What we collect
The complete list of data we have on you, today:
- Waitlist form
- First name, last name, email address, role (e.g. travel agent, hotel partner), and optionally a company or tour name — the fields you fill in at tvldays.com/demo.
- Direct email
- If you write to us at any
@tvldays.comaddress, we keep the message and your email so we can reply and follow up. - Server logs
- Standard web logs from our hosting provider: IP address, user agent, the page you visited, and a timestamp. Retained for up to 30 days, then rotated out.
- Cookies / trackers
- None today. No analytics tags, no marketing pixels, no third-party trackers. If we add any, this policy will say so before they’re live.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, payment information, location data, biometric data, or any “sensitive personal information” categories. We have no need for them.
3. Why we collect it
Three reasons, in order of how often we’ll act on them:
- To tell you when access opens. The whole point of the waitlist.
- To send occasional product updates between now and launch. Building in public means writing to people building with us. You can unsubscribe in one click.
- To understand who’s waiting. Aggregate counts of roles (“agents vs. hotel reps”) help us prioritize what ships first. Your individual record is never published.
4. Where it lives
Your form submission travels from your browser to Netlify (our static-site host) over HTTPS, where it’s stored in their Forms feature. We export the data periodically into our own systems for the sole purpose of emailing you when access opens. Netlify’s privacy practices are documented at netlify.com/privacy.
We do not currently use a CRM, email-marketing platform, or analytics tool. When we add any of those (likely a few months before launch), we’ll update this section before turning them on.
5. How long we keep it
Waitlist data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. After launch, we’ll migrate your record into our customer database if you become a customer; if you don’t, we’ll delete it.
Email correspondence: kept as long as the conversation is useful for follow-up, then archived or deleted on request.
Server logs: rotated out after 30 days.
6. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- See what data we have on you.
- Correct anything that’s wrong.
- Delete all of it, in full, no questions.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Stop receiving any communication from us.
Email privacy@tvldays.com with any of the above and we’ll act within 30 days. If you’re in the EU/UK, California, or another jurisdiction with specific data-rights laws (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, etc.), the rights described in those laws apply to you on top of this list.
7. Children
TVLDays is built for working professionals in entertainment travel and is not directed to anyone under 16. We don’t knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have, we’ll delete it.
8. Security
All data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Our hosting provider stores form submissions encrypted at rest. We don’t hold payment data and we don’t accept it — there’s nothing to steal here yet, and we’ve designed it that way on purpose. See our Security page for the broader practice notes.
9. Changes
We’ll update this policy as the product changes. The “Effective” date at the top tracks the latest revision. If we ever change something material (new categories of data, new processors, a different purpose), we’ll email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect — not after.
